FP Auxiliary Meets with Success
The Fairview Park Auxiliary Police Association held its first annual Benefit and Reverse Raffle on June 11. We would like to thank all of the supporters that came out and made the night a great success! We are pleased to announce that we had over 170 attendees and raised over $5,400. This allows us to have a great foundation to budget for needed equipment and training, as well as next year’s events.
Vince Lombardi once said, “The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand.” That is what the volunteer officers of the Fairview Park Auxiliary Unit do every day and that is exactly what our event volunteers did.
The Auxiliary Unit will be at Fairview Park's Summerfest on July 7-10 and the Food Truck Festival on August 6. If you are interested in learning more about the unit, becoming an Auxiliary, or supporting the Association, we would be happy to answer any questions you may have. We hope to see you there!
