Three Arts Club Scholarship Program

The Three Arts Club of Lakewood was founded in 1919 to further interest and enjoyment in the arts and to provide awards for deserving students pursuing advanced studies in music.

The Arts Club proudly announces that several scholarship grants will be awarded for the 2015-2016 school year.  These grants will be available to current high school seniors and undergraduate college students who will be applying for, or continuing, full-time enrollment as an undergraduate for the coming school year at an institution of higher learning. The applicant must be seeking a degree in the musical arts.

The eligible music categories include the following: piano/organ, voice, strings, woodwinds, brass, and music theater.  A candidate or his/her parent(s) must reside in Cuyahoga or Lorain Counties.  A student who has won one Three Arts Club award may apply for a second; past winners of two Three Arts Club awards are not eligible.

Scholarship grants of $1,000 will be awarded to applicants judged most gifted, regardless of race, color, creed or financial need.  In-person auditions are required and will be held on June 15 at the Rocky River United Methodist Church, 19414 Detroit Road, Rocky River.

To request an application form, please email the threeartsclub@yahoo.com. Completed applications and a letter of reference must be received no later than April 27.
