St. Mary Magdalene Annual European Festival
11:00 AM - 11:00 PM
Come experience cultures from across Europe at St. Mary Magdalene’s 7th annual European Festival to be held Saturday, Sept. 10, from 11 am to 11 pm.

Enjoy live music and dancing throughout the day, presented by bands and dance groups representing various European countries. The evening will be highlighted by Cleveland-based Polka band, “Jimmy K. and Ethnic Jazz.” Enjoy delicious Eastern-European ethnic cuisine, bakery, beer and wine. The parishioner-catered menu includes pierogi, holupki, haluski, kielbasa, goulash and paprikash. Browse the craft show, religious gift shop and take a chance at a basket or cash raffle.

Church tours and guest speakers will be in the church throughout the day. Church services are at 5:00 pm and 11:00 pm.

Entertainment, dining and most activities are indoors. Children’s activities will be held outside, weather permitting. For more information, visit www.stmmeurofest.com

Western Reserve Historical Society Genealogical Committee class "Opening the Door to Family History"
12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
This class is designed for the beginning researcher. We'll cover how to get started, using home sources, organizing your material, the basics of documentation and great websites that can be used. BOGO -Bring One Get One - invites you and a guest to attend this class for $15. You must register yourself and your guest by name. Presenter will be Genealogical Committee Member Heber MacWilliams.
