Getting to Know the Amish

The Fairview Park Branch of Cuyahoga County Public Library will present Getting to Know the Amish on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 from 7:00-8:30 p.m. in the lower meeting room.

John Gingerich, Board Chairman of the Geauga Amish Historical Library, will talk about the history and culture of the Amish. Mr. Gingerich will be accompanied by members of the Amish community, who will answer questions from the audience. Sponsored by The Friends of the Fairview Park Branch Library. Registration required.

Clevelanders in the Civil War
7:00 PM
College Club West will continue its monthly gathering on November 4 at 7:00 PM. Marjorie Wilson will present a program entitled "Clevelanders in the Civil War".

This nonprofit club meets monthly and presents topics of interest to women. In addition, there are more than 35 smaller and varied interest groups that meet separately including investment clubs, golf and bowling leagues, book discussion, travel club and tech connect.

Membership is open to women who have a bachelor's degree from an accredited degree-granting college. New members are welcome and information regarding this organization can be found at our website at www.collegeclubwest.org
