The Fairview Park Branch Library of Cuyahoga County Public Library will present Our National Portrait: America the Beautiful, the New Eden on Thursday, October 8, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the lower level meeting room.
Jesse Bryant Wilder, author of Art History for Dummies, will use a multimedia presentation and explore how early American art—paintings of founding fathers, American landscapes and Native Americans—helped establish American identity. Registration required.
